Description

The Surf Lounger is part of the Surf collection designed by star designer Karim Rashid for the Spanish label Vondom.
Vondom produces furniture, planters, and lamps on a high technological level in contemporary designs.
Karim Rashid decided to go with a wavy design and with its refreshing dynamic look it alludes to the ever-changing way of the world. In the light of the shining sun the waves glisten and convey positives vibes and ease.
The Surf Lounger is produced of polyethylene resin in a technical rotation-molding process. The material is extremely robust and durable, suitable for indoor as well as outdoor use. The Surf Lounger is UV-resistant and withstands temperatures from -60 to +80 degrees Celsius. Additionally, polyethylene is 100% recyclable, which makes the Vondom products ecologically compatible.
This flexible material enables the realization of innumerable shapes.
